I'll post some ideas for stories here.

I don't have the writing and language skills to make them into an English language story.

1. Get fucked by your own penis (G, bi)

In let´s say 2050 transplantation medicine has reached a level where genetic type and blood group don't play a role anymore. And they can guarantee that the new organ will function to nearly 100%.

The idea is that two men exchange their penises and after everything has healed well you get fucked by your own penis while rubbing your partner´s dick, now attached to your body.

2. Donate your penis/testicles (S, G, bi, minor)

Similar to idea No.1, but this one applies to men who want to get rid of their penis/balls.

Imagine you could donate your penis or balls to someone who has lost his part(s) due to accident or disease. So since you want to lose yours anyway you could help a guy getting new pieces.

Your name would be on an international list of donators and when your organ is needed you get a call. That wouldn't take long, there are lots of accidents and amputations in the world.

Of course you would have to give up balls and scrotum, if the other guy got his badly injured in an accident.

After surgery you would be given a picture where you can see your penis and/or balls at the other man's body. And after a year you would be allowed to contact the receiver and if he lets you, get a look at your "old member".

Perhaps there's a black market on stolen penises. Men with "prize" penises are assaulted and have theirs stolen. The best penises are auctioned off on eBay. Some men hock their penises to pay the mortgage. Court battles ensue over who is the father when a child is conceived with donated testicles. Some men have testicles from two different donors. And when old truckers suffer ED, they just get a new Peterbilt. There are all kinds of possibilities here.
