nude beach volleyball and a BBQ

There is a story which I can't find anymore. It is about a young man visiting a nude beach where a group is playing naked volleyball or such a sport. There is a very sensual atmosphere during the game. After the game the young man is invited to join the rest of the group for a BBQ. Some guys are missing (parts of) their genitals. It ends up that the young man is eating (parts of) his own genitals.

Does anyone knows this story or the author? I would love to read it again!
