How to help a choking victim

Two good old cowboys from South Texas were sitting in a restaurant in Dallas when they noticed a woman at another table obviously choking on a bite of food. One of the Texans stands up and walks over to where the woman is choking.

Saying, "Excuse me mam," he turns her facing away from him, drops to his knees, lifts her skirt, pulls down her panties and places a long lick with his tongue right up the middle of her butt. The woman is so startled she spits the piece of food across the room. Returning her clothes to where they belong, he stands up, nods to the lady and says, "Mam," before returning to his table.

As he sits back down to his steak dinner, he looks at the other cowboy and says, "Yep, that old Hind Lick maneuver works every time."
