Good Morning All; Maybe this is not the place to state this , BUT I have been using inhousepharmacy for a few years now. Now I can not use them, because they will not ship to the U.S. Because an origination called

( legitscript.org) does not like a company to ship meds to the U.S. without a prescription. Even thou that company is legal to do so, has anyone else had this problem.

Thanx Paolo. i have been around the block a dozen or so times. Being a submissive tends to make you quite cautious. i figured that living here out in the South West there was maybe a rancher who knew how to use that rubber bandi thing. Anyway. Thanx again my friend.

There are significant risks with banding, plus it deliberately induces a (somewhat) controlled form of gangrene, which I am told smells godawful, and leaves a big ugly scar. And if the band comes off prematurely (you have to leave it on quite a while), there's a big risk of a fatal hemorrhage, requiring a quick trip to the ER followed by some very awkward questions, or your life is forfeit.

As much as we grit our teeth at DIY methods, more 'fully qualified' members have used injections - vodka, everclear, and CaCl - than any other method in the recent past, and I don't think we've had more than one documented adverse reaction, and that was due to careless use of CaCl.

Edit: Go check out the hundred-page thread in the "chemical castration & hormones" forum, it's chock full of useful information. Granted, it's still not as good as an understanding urologist, but it's better than most other alternatives.

Reading this thread, I am feeling more in the dark about choices than I thought. I also seriously would like to be castrated, but I am 70 years old and, while in fair health, I am concerned about being able to tolerate possible sexual reassignmkent surgery and hormone therapy following. I have been living as a TV for some years and have successfully feminized myself to pass as a female when I wanted to. Now, I am not in a relationship any more and while I still have a strong submissive need to lose my masculinity, I wonder if I can handle it. Does anyone have a similar backstory who might have a positive experience to relate, or does anyone have any cautionary advice to ffer/ I'd appreciate any knowledgeable input as I feel all alone out here with a strong desire and a big fear.
