I am from Germany and my gender-identity is eunuch. Nice to find this forum here, with so many experts. I am looking forward to find a way to get this operation, only in Europe it seems to be very difficult. Castration is a kind of taboo here. It's a psychological problem. I think many men have have a nonrational fear of becoming castrated. They identify themselves with their balls and they transfer this fear to the whole society, so that there is a great barrier even to talk about this subject.

So for people, who want voluntary orchitectomy it's a problem how to get.

Come on over to the USA. Getting yourself castrated here is no big problem. Need help, just ask.

My suggestion is that you try first chemicall castration. I have been on antiandrogens for one year and in the last months I have added estradiol. After All one year ,finally I am now more convinced than ever that surgical castration Is the next step to take for me. In my country the same rejection for elective castration prevails. That's why I decided the route of vodka injections, although not before researching thoroughly methods , testimonies, etc in all the sources I could find.

Thank you! USA could be an opportunity. You are lucky, that you have some doctors who perform it without making problems. But USA is far away from my country and the whole procedure will be quite expensive. When I would do this, I would not like to return to Germany immediately and sit in plane with pain and a swollen bag. I would prefer first to recover completely. And if I am in USA, I would also like to come to know something about the country and the people. All this takes a lot of time, what I actually do not have.

First of all I will look for an opporunity in Europe. Some years ago the was a small clinic in Belgium. They were doing voluntary castration without any papers. But the doctor there expired an the clinic is closed. But this shows, that it could be possible to get it in in Europe. The only question is where.

There are very poor countries in Eastern-Europe, where the people do not take laws and rules very serious. Maybe there ist something possible with some bucks.

If I find out something, I will publish my experiences here.

Chemical castration is not possible for me, because I have some problems with the liver. I must take the risk of the final surgical castration. But I expect not to get regretts after that step.

I have seen, that you were very interested in this calcium chloride methode. Today the whole day I read in this super long threat about calcium chloride injections. As the people there stated, that vodka will bring almost nothing. Calcium chloride seems to be effective (mixed with alcohol). But for me I decided not to do this (not now). It seems to be very risky. What happens, if you hit a blood vessel or something of this solution comes into the scrotum? Nobody knows. And it should be rather painful.

I expect within the next years there will be more oppurtunities to get rid of the balls in a professional medical environment. For me this is the better choice.
