time to get rid of the pain!

Hi guys, girls, and those in between,

I have been suffering orchialgia for several years now, and quite frankly I've had enough. I have decided to perform my own scrotal castration, with assistance from the same person who performed my frenectomy and meatotomy (my wife), and was wondering if anybody had any informative videos/how to texts etc.

This is definitely going to happen, I have developed a dysphoria for my balls, and to be honest, I've always had a yearning to get rid of them, I've been reading the EA for years without joining. Now I have a genuine reason to do it. My wife is very accepting of my need/desires, and is very much looking forward to meeting her 'new' husband when it's completed. I, on the other hand am sooooooooo excited to finally get rid of them and the pain, the effects just can't come quick enough.

Another question I'd like to ask, is this; after T is removed, is anal sex still as pleasurable? I ask because I'm pretty sure the prostate will atrophy/shrink, and although I am straight(ish), I have the sexual habits of a gay bottom (my wife prefers play to sex and it hurts to much to have inter course most of the time). If there is a reduction in sensitivity can you quantify it?

I understand the MMV position, but personal accounts are most welcome. I have nothing but respect to the people on this site, you have really helped me realise not just a solution to my immediate problem, but also a dream, so thank you. If there are any cutters out there prepared to visit me in the UK, I would be very interested in meeting you too, my email is leonhumding @ gmail.com, my wife would be happy to assist.

Thank you for any replies.

Hi and welcome!

My T and PSA are virtually non-existent since almost three months, but I started chemicall castration almost a year ago. In this time with no testosterone I ´d had always anal with my partner ( he´s active) and I have lost no sensitiveness. But I´m on estradiol also, because I´m considering a transition MtF, still in psychological therapy though.

Just be sure you're ready to head to the ER if something goes wrong.😱

Thank you for the welcome. I wonder if the estradiol is having some hand in the retention of sensitivity. I have read that estrogen has a role in the return of libido to castrate men, but I've never seen an article on the loss of pleasure from the prostate....maybe that's why....because there isn't any!?!

That should include writing a script and practicing it so that if something goes wrong, your buddy doesn't go to jail. Even if they release him the next day because he was only watching for things that warrant calling an ambulance, that's one more night in jail than he needs. :p

Need to be very clear on his role being "Stand by with a cell phone and quick-clot packs".

Actually, one piece of advice - buy some quick-clot. The packs are probably a good idea, but the Combat Gauze is probably better if you have to pack a wound because your clamp slipped, and your severed sperm cord is now eight inches deep and behind your pubic bone. Just unwind that stuff, and stuff it into the hole, inch by inch. That's more or less the standard of care for combat gunshot wounds, I hear - that will keep a soldier alive long enough for them to be evacuated for surgical treatment (which, if something goes wrong, you will find non-optional).

Watch some youtube videos on combat first aid, splash out for the right kind of supplies, and be careful.

Lots of hospitals have really good lights outside the ER doors after dark.

I'd recommend you do it there, behind the bushes. Evergreens are a nice touch for atmosphere, too.

Your right, and as a former serving specialist combat soldier, I have extensive experience bunging up human holes (including several of my own). I'm only asking for videos/texts as I like to be 110% prepared, as currently I am only 95%, and my promise to you all is that I will be 110 before I shave my scrotum. As the saying goes; he who dares, wins. I am a super careful person and it has taken a full year to get to this point (prepping, learning etc). I have many questions to ask you guys as I go through the motions, and am really grateful for your responses, however, I will be doing this, I need to, I'm looking forward to it, so is my wife. I can't stress enough, that I have done my research, that I am a fully cognitive adult, and that I am responsible and will operate in a fashion that is safe, sterile and exacting, that I will have all contingencies in place and I am fully aware of the changes that will take place in my body, indeed most are welcome. I'm sorry if I indicated that my question was safety orientated, but as stated, I have the safety, the SOP's and the contingencies all in the bag. Although I hadn't considered the atmosphere, this is added to the list as of now! Lol. I'm going to have to put some serious thought into this.......

Hi zeuterme, thanks for the advice for the quickclot I already have some, I must check the date on it though, I'll have to dig it out.

I haven't got to talking about the what ifs with my wife yet, at least not concerning stories lining up. I hope we don't get to that, but if it does, we will be in a place she can just leave. The place is something Paolo has just ignited into some fairy tale vision haha.

I'm guessing you already have some painkillers for the orchialgia. Keep them close by in case you experience any post-operative pain. Good luck and best wishes.
