Just wanted to say hello. I'm a long time crossdresser and when younger thought I was MtF. As time went on I came to realize I desired castration rather than a complete gender change. Or as I read here the other day, MtE rather than MtF. I am married although no sex with my wife, or any woman, for almost seven years (yes she sees men). I actually thought I was going to achieve at least a uni-lateral orchiectomy when I saw a urologist recently. As a teen, I had an undescended testicle and an orichipexy. The testicle atrophied and has rescended into my body. Unfortunately the urologist doesn't see the need to remove it. If he had removed that one, I was going to try to get him to remove the other since I do have pain in it on the back side of the testicle. I doubt if he would have done that anyway but all he could have done was say no.
