I have read a study which is very old about the effect of painkillers such as Paracetamol(acetaminophen), aspirin, indomethacin. The study suggest that Those painkillers affect the production of Testosterone.

http://www.biolreprod.org/content/early ... 1.abstract

The official study:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24030937

I quote from the study

"Previous studies in animals and humans have hinted that anti-inflammatory medications affect male hormonal systems."

"All three drugs reduced the production of testosterone in the cell line"

"The mechanism behind the effects of these drugs on the testes is unclear"

"The analgesic-induced inhibition of INSL3 may be the mechanism by which analgesics increase the risk of cryptorchidism"

I am not a biology expert kinda guy. I understand the superficial stuff which that I have quoted. But I want to know your opinion about this. To be honest, I have tried taking Paracetamol and it seems that only when I took 6 pills at once that it started making me feel different in a sexual way. I know about the danger of the liver toxicity, but even Androcur can be harmful to the liver.

Thought of dropping this topic here since it is related to the testicles, which is the main focus in this forums.
