Effects of having an epidural

A few years back I was going to have surgery. The day of the procedure I had a consult with the anesthesiologist (wow I typed that up without looking it up and without any spelling errors at all, lol). He said that they didn't need to go general anesthesia but instead do an epidural. So they did but failed to tell me that they already started after the effects of the anesthesia took effect. If you're wondering what was going on, I was having a neurofibroma removed from my calf. I felt something cold and I twitched my leg and they told me that they already started, so they gave something to make me pass out. When I woke up I was numb from the waist down. Now getting down to the point...a good tug on my junk I could not feel it, it was like I was tugging on someone else's dick. Now how many of you can say that you tugged on your own and could not feel it?
