Man who bit off portion of wife's private parts during oral sex sentenced to five years

Edwin Osiris C.R., who lives in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat in Spain, was found guilty of assaulting his wife, and must also stay away from the woman for six years and pay her 21,000 euros. A judge acquitted him of sexual assault and genital mutilation.

A man will be in jail for six years after biting part of his wife’s clitoris and tearing it off while they were having sex.

A husband who bit off part of his wife's clitoris during sex has been jailed for five years.

Edwin Osiris C.R. was found guilty of assaulting his wife of 12 years at their home in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain, on Mar. 6, 2012.

The Court of Barcelona heard how Osiris — married to the woman for 12 years and with whom he has two children — sunk his teeth into her genitals.

Despite her blood-curdling screams, he tore out part of her clitoris and one of her labia, and spat them out onto the floor.

He fled the home shortly after the attack and tried to leave the country, but was tracked down by Catalonia's Mossos police in the town of Lleida 22 days later.

A judge acquitted him of sexual assault after it could not be proved that the sex was not consensual.

A charge of genital mutilation was also not considered, reports ElPeriodico.com, because his wife still had at least some feeling and "function" of her private parts after the attack.

But he was found guilty of causing injury.

As well as the jail term, he has also been banned from going 1,000-feet near his wife -- who did not testify at the trial because her whereabouts are currently unknown -- for six years.

He must also pay her 21,000 euros in compensation.

So after 6 years he can go bite off the rest? Well, at least she has 6 years to go get a gun and learn how to use it. I'd go with a sawed-off shotgun.
