Using TRT 5 months in

Just a follow up to my previous post. I'm currently using TRT as a last chance try to eliminating a long and painful history of testicular discomfort. My urologist has spoken positively of removal as a solution but she did insist that I try different pain meds first and now finally using TRT in hopes of avoiding surgery. She is dosing me to a target range of total T at 500 ng/dl and trying to reach 100 pg/ml in free T. After failing to hit those numbers the first 3 months of TRT she increased my dosage and we have achieved those goals these last 2 months. My testicular discomfort definitely has decreased and is much better but I am facing a difficult decision when I go back to see her for a follow up next month. I still have an overall cost issue with using TRT long term and I am somewhat concerned with my breasts increasing in size from using TRT. I've always had fairly fatty breasts for a man compared to most to begin with so I am used to to that but I'm not sure I would be comfortable if they doubled or more in size. My mother and sisters are all full grown D cups so I'm sure my genetics might cause quite a lot of growth if I remained on high TRT for long. I already notice my nipples and areola are more sensitive and protruding outward more than normal. On my next Dr. visit if I am not truthful and tell her that there really hasn't been any change in my testicle discomfort I'm quite sure she will go ahead and schedule me to have them cut off which I have hoped for many years to end the discomfort. If I tell her the truth, she will most likely keep me on a stout dose of TRT which can cause numerous other issues besides just growing man boobs. I know I would still need to use TRT if my testicles are removed but at a lower dose which I'm quite sure my mind and my
breasts could handle.
Would appreciate any and all input from others on my status.
