Bathing in H2O2 rich water does allow you to absorb oxygen through your skin (your biggest organ), but not as much or as fast as drinking water or juice mixed with H2O2. When your lungs can't operate at full capacity, drinking the H2O2 therapy makes use of your digestive tract to 'force' additional oxygen into your bloodstream. The added bonus of H2O2 ingestion is that it also helps to eliminate bacterium's and diseases on the way through.
You must not use chlorinated water in the tub {includes hot tubs} (shower methods are a little different, because you can step out of the stream). If you are on a municipal water supply, you will need to replace the hot tub water with purified water, and maintain the PH balance with salts, and then purify with H2O2.
90% of all US water service is chlorinated/brominated. Some even use pure bleach, just like you would in the washing machine. No matter how long it has been exposed to the air, you can get a reaction mixing chlorinated water with H2O2. If you are on your own well like me, you still should check for mineral and protein content before using H2O2. H2O2 is used to kill pathogens, but you can't simply 'pour' it into your well or hot tub. Hot water tanks can explode under pressure, and H2O2 is flammable at high concentrations.
The formula for bathing in H2O2-rich bathwater is on page 28 (chapter 9) & pages 51-57 (Chapter14) of
I'm afraid of the possibility of infringing upon someone's Copyrighting prevents me from listing her formula(s) here. You can purchase a pint of H2O2 with this book (

I'm not trying to 'help' the lady earn a living. I'm more concerned about listing/posting something that may bring heat to the EA. If you want to private message (

There are other books on the subject that I do not own, and you may find better versed. The information contained in her book is valuable because it is not a 'high-brow' scientific text. It may come across as a tad 'folksy', to some, but I think it's written for the average consumer (even with a few typo-ohs!). The author knows her subject well and has an extensive bibliography of research in the book to back up her information, not to mention her own personal experience using Hydrogen peroxide for many years.
She also posts do's and don'ts, safety and practical uses -- that others leave out. That is the another reason I recommend her book over others.
Buy the book, so you can read it, and refer to it.
Another note about oxygen absorption;
If your body is too acidic, it is more anaerobic (low oxygen). The more alkaline you are, the better your cells absorb oxygen. Alkalinity increases the oxygen in your body, while acidosis decreases it. Having a high-acid system, or acidosis, is a contributing factor to many illnesses and diseases (from sore joints to cancers).
When it comes to disease, this is an important relationship to remember.
This is diet maintenance. Changing to a diet that is alkaline rather than acid-producing is critical to maintaining your health. Any food that contains more protein and phosphorus - compared to magnesium, potassium, and calcium will be acidic. But, just because a food is acidic in nature does not automatically mean it will produce acid in your body. The typical American diet consists of processed food, a lot of grains, tons of sugar, daily-dairy, and poor quality meat, and is the main culprit of metabolic acidosis (foods that 'convert' to acid).
Adding more raw leafy green vegetables to your diet will alkalize your bloodstream. So will green smoothies, and super-foods like chlorella (
http://www.nuts.com/cookingbaking/powde ... w|chlorell a|pmt|be) and spirulina (
http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-spirul ... gae-powder) powders (sea micro-organisms).
Keeping your body alkaline keeps you 'primed' for oxygen when you can get it . . .
