Well, looks like you were the brave pioneer. I think you are proceeding exactly like I would -- do the damage, then see a doctor. Ideally, the ultrasound will make a case for the doctor to permanently remove them, and then your goal will be achieved.

I have permanently damaged my testicles, although not acheived full castration. I too told doctors that it was done by a dominatrix. You should probably ask for a psychiatric referral so you can manage your mental and emotional state through this tough time.

The doctors and nurses will probably treat you as a wierdo, but who cares. You know why you did this, and should just look to them for medical care, not acceptance.

The doctors are not likely to commit you as long as you remain calm and don't indicate any desire for further self-harm. But if you show erratic emotions, depression, or suicidal (or other self-harm behavior) they will and should put you under psychological evaluation.

I hope you achieve the results you were looking for.

Please post regularly so we know how you are doing. I'll be worried until I hear that you are okay.

The first thing I would tell you is to see a Doctor as soon as you can but you have done that. I sure don’t know what to tell you to do except what has already been said. Good luck and keep us informed. We will all worry about you in the interim. Let us know what happens.

You should have someone else aware of your condition and not be alone at this time in case anything goes bonkers on you. You have advised a Doctor ... ok ... keep close track of it now. The swelling is liable to linger for several days if not a week, going down very slowly.

When I had that wild infection back in 99-00, I was swollen and miserable for a good 2 weeks even with antibiotics. You also have to think of infection, as well, just in case. Pay close attention to your urination, and CALL the doc at any signs of anything odd at ALL with it.

If you can take it, take Aleve (naproxin sodium) or if you can find it, Nalfon ... it's no longer under that name though. It's a good pain pill and anti-inflammatory drug. Hot baths may help, as may a heating pad, but above all, if you think you're just too miserable, or not sure if you're really coherent any longer, GET SOMEONE to help. Don't stay alone right now, just in case.

First I want to thank everyone for their advise and help. I do have another question for Split dick. Do you think I have killed them? I hope I have!!!! I also am attatched to a shrink at the same facility as the doc so I do not need a referal, but I will consult with him. He is scene friendly and a good friend. Is there anything I can do for the swelling. Im using vitamins A and D, for swelling, Bromalin for swelling, Ibuprofin, and ice. What can I do to help the process? If they are not dead after all of this I will just scream!!!!!!

Paolo I thank you also. I am staying with my Domme' and future wife. She would prefer me being a eunuch and she inspects me everynight and morning. She is concerened for me too. My urination is good for now. Clear, good stream, good volume and no trouble passing urine and no burnning. The doc is going to look for infection also.

I believe the swelling is expected. I read once that cow testicles will swell for "four to five" days. After that they will shrivel right up.

You just need to determine if any swelling is related to infection. If there is infection-like redness, pus, soreness, fever, nausea, those could be indications that you need anti-biotics.

I am glad the psychiatrist your seeing is supportive. I've always found them to be.

The swelling comes from the inflammation and the necrosis of the tissues of the testicle due to the injection.

It is normal for you to have swelling for a certain amount of time. Try to take some anti-inflammatories and watch out for a "warmness" to the touch along with redness of the scrotal area. these two things would signal an infection. Do not take predisone, though.

If you start running a low-grade fever, say 101 - 102 F, get to a hospital right away.

Hi to all! If not for this forum Id be going crazy. Im so greatful to get the support here. I look forward to opening my email to see your letters and advise. So thanks again. Well I decided to do something myself. I am now on cipro. The heat of the left testicle and size with no signs of shrinking led me to get a script to make sure I was ok. The left testicle on the other hand is shrinking and I just hope it dissapears all together. It is not near that point yet but it is shrinking and it is cool to the touch. So I am hoping that the cipro helps the right one to heal. I am very tempted to inject the left one, one more time to make sure it does die, but Im going to wait until after my ultra sound which is on Monday at 3:30 EST. PLEASE KEEP WRITTING..... INFORMATION ENCOURAGEMENT ADVISE ANYTHING... This is a tough process and after it is done I will evaluate it's worth and inconvienience and let everyone know what I think. As for now it sucks unless my balls die die die.!!!!! Thankyou, Scottie
