If you're up for some crass humor, I recommend watching the recent Nov-19 episode of South Park called "Cock Magic". One of the sub-plots is that Randy Marsh (my favorite character as he represents an every-man) reinvigorates his passion for performing magic shows with his penis. This includes several penectomy sorts of scenes which are pretty funny in my opinion.

If you like South Park enough, I'd also recommend the "Gluten Free Ebola" episode where one of the main premises of the show is that gluten (in sufficiently high concentrations) will make your penis fly off like a rocket. There are a couple funny scenes where that happens.

IF you have the sense of humor for South Park, there was another one that was a hoot. The kids were addicted to Kentucky Fried Chicken. So the do-good citizens of South Park banned KFC because it was bad for the health. A medical marijuana outlet opens in at the old KFC. One subplot has the kids set up a trafficking network to illegally bring in fried chicken. Another subplot was that a father found out about the medical marijuana and was trying to figure how to get it. That led to him finding he could get pot if he had cancer. So he was reviewing how to get cancer and settled on testicular cancer. Next he fries his balls in a microwave, they swell and he gets his pot. Then every other guy in town fries his balls so each can get pot. You have a town full of men bouncing around on their horribly swollen scrotums (I mean swollen so much they are bull legged). To solve that problem they all get castrated and have their scrotal skin made into coats for their wives. One wife is showing off her wrinkly jacket to other admiring wives and makes the comment that the only problem is the jacket shrinks in cold weather.

Ah, South Park.

There's also the episode "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina" where Mr. Garrison is going through a sex change and inspires Kyle to get plastic surgery to make him taller to play basketball. In that episode they transplant Mr. Garrsion's testicles to act as Kyle's knees. Unfortunately, in a dramatic climax, Kyle leaps into the air, causing his new "kneecaps" to explode as he lands.

Yeah, South Park is a bit out there but does especially seem to have a thing for variations on castration.
