4 years on....

So it was 4 years October 13th since the last testicle was removed.

I have been on TRT for the whole time.

I am on what could basically be called a maintenance dose. I get a peak T of about 375, 0.5mL of IM ethantate

I have been on a lower dose of 0.4mL that was a dark time. The difference for me of 0.1mL is huge. The depression is crushing at a lower dose.

However,

living with a totally asexual wife (radical hysterectomy 4.5 years ago and totally sexless for about 3 years)

Penis issues.

As in wishing it was non-fuctional or wishing I could be using it with a woman at least once a month.

I am 36 years old. So still functional.

For me what is the worst issue is a crushing lack of self confidence. That is something that I can't seem to find the cause of. I mean I had an abusive alcoholic father for the first 13 years of my life. But.... in the more recent times other than the complete failure of my business I can't seem to find any other causes...

I think the problem is that the thing that gave me the most self confidence was the ability to physically please a woman. Now that is not something that I can see happening in my immediate future.

You take .5ML every week?

I use 10% Gel daily.

I tried IM however the dosing was too low I think, it did not work too well.

Yes. The amp is a 125mg amp of 1mL

So....

yeah. I function well enough on the 0.5mL dose each week.

Gel is not something that is sold here. Also the company that makes the ethanate also quit making it. Likely because they were selling it at a loss. A box of 10 amps is something less than 10USD. Government determines drugs costs here.

It is not so bad. The absorption takes up to 24 hours but I can feel it within 4 - 6 hours.
