Need to masturbate

After taking AA after some weeks my need to masturbate is now zero. The penis cannot erect - it becomes insensitive. Could estrogen hrt change there something? Growing of boobs would are welcome. But how would the body react, change the libido and is there a chance to reactivate the shrunken penis after long time unerect or becomes it permanent?

Depends on how long you have been taking the antiandrogens and the level of testicles atrophy caused. Many cases are reversible. Erections still could exist even many time after of castration although would be weaker and weaker than before. And as time goes by erections would not exist anymore If castration is irreversible

Masturbation is now more difficult but I am not taking any hormones. I would like the whole thing gone as it doesn't serve any purpose for me.

Surgery too? I guess that depends on where the owner wants to go... Many here have decided to do without, and for the most part, seem happy?

I have been on blockers and estrogen for about 3 years and I find that my libido drops a lot if I have an interruption of Estrogen. Estrogen and especially progesterone (real P not the toxic provera crap) is good for libido!

My experience after surgical castration 6 years ago: Stopped masturbating immediately - mechanical feeling only. Erections are less strong, but still happen mostly at 3am. However, now I have foreskin adhesions because of no masturbation.
