Obligatory chemical libido reduction

A 18 y /o friend of mine has been obliged to subscribe to a monitoring program ( on pains of being prosecuted in court if he refuses, at 13 he was convicted for a sex crime )
he is considered a risk because tests have shown his libido is too strong.
As a result, he now wears a monitoring device that records with GPS his whereabouts, and also keep track of his penile erections

( when, how long & how strong )
He has just received his first anti-androgens injection, and will next week get his second.
the idea is to weaken his sex drive but not to make him completely impotent: he has been told that once at a suitable level, his injections would taper down to a monthly shot...
Any people here who have similar experiences with chemical libido reduction & monitoring ?
Just wondering...

No, it is not. This particular case is in Denmark.
Similar stuff happens also in Great Britain ( I have inside contacts there ).
But USA does not lag behind; have a look at this support site for parents of children who got into sexual mischief ( with the authorities ) :

Not really; the device shown in the links is a "erection quality tester "
The device I'am talking about is a compact monitoring device, tucked away in your underpands, and fastened with a belt. it features a GPS tracker, and heart beat sensor ( so they know you are wearing it) and a erection sensor, that records penile activity. It wireless transmit this data to a computer.
The device is made in China: brand name is Ying Di...
Devices like this are used to monitor sex offenders, or those ( as in this case ) who are suspected of being at risk of committing them.
It is also used to monitor the progress of chemical castration - or how strong his cock still is...

Thank you for posting on my thread: I wanted to send you a PM, but that is apparently not possible.
I have a problem on this site, as I have been locked out of my account on personals - as early as may of this year.
For no reason. I tried to contact the site administrator several times, but have been ignored.
So, what is going on here ?
This forum is not a place to discuss matters like this, but what can I do ?
Can you have a look into this ? - Please...
As for the erection monitor, I have replied on that further down .

The monitoring device can be seen (PDF ) at:
United States patents N° 5782778
Google this & then you can vieuw & download the patent description that include schematics. ( Invented by De Briere )
Ying Di ( = Chinese manufacturer ) have tuned it into a commercially available item for some heavy duty penile control..
Used in Great Britain & Denmark ( possibly also in other countries worldwide )
