hello to everybody! I am considering to get castrated, but can only do in national hospital. I have been complaining to my urologist for two years aboout testis pain. He mentioned castration, but still wants to do more tests. Does everyone know how to fake ejaculat test so that result can be azoospermia? Also have to do hormone blood test.I would also like to have low testostreone in blood....I have to do testis scintiography..Any suggestions how to make real medical reason would be hewlpfull. Have to do this for days...
greetings

I suggest looking at the Art of Manliness' data on T ranges; it has a lot more data than most clinical labs will give you.
Mine said anything above two-hundred-something was OK; the AoM site gave me a mean of about 550 and a standard deviation of about 100, putting me just above natural-born-neuter right now, and completely okay by the Labcorp (I think) reference range. I guess there's a lot of 90 year old prostate cancer survivors in this burg.

is low testostereon and azoospermia reason for the urologist to perform Orchietomy?

The "experts" say absolutely not. However I'd say yes. Especially if you get periodic hot flashes due to fluctuating hormone levels.

I'd say no, but it does shoot down a lot of the usual arguments that can be used as pushback. If you have any other complaints, like the protracted periods of hot flashes Devi suggests might happen, then why not? It doesn't sound like you'd lose anything but weight if they've already shut down both their endocrine and exocrine functions.

Tell him you cannot afford regular T injections, especially the $300+ 3-monthly (long term T injection). Also tell him you are trans and don't want kids and that you will definitely not miss your balls.
Assure him that you will reconsider T injection in the future if circumstances allows for it.

My friend, the only way they will remove it, is to destroy them...grieves me to say.
Unless you have lots of money and travel to India or Thailand and put cash in a doctor's hands. Try Dr. Kimmel.
BTW, don't you have surgeons there that does sex change ops? If you do, go talk to them. A female psychiatrist is much more open and understanding that her male counterpart.
