It’s a five star scary-as-hell mystery movie.

He drinks really a lot - alone too.

He smokes.

He curses. blasphemes, desecrates.

He’s surly and stinky kind of unwashed.

Drives a POS Gremlin.

And he’s got a public defender who believes he’s innocent.

All that in the first 15 minutes.

For the record . . I started to read the book and got halfway through and put it down. So I don’t know who killed the girl or how it ends.

The story is about Ignatius Perrish who is accused of killing his girlfriend and one morning after a really bad drunk he wakes up with horns.

The Horns have a strange effect on people -- anyone who thinks he’s guilty becomes totally honest. I mean confessional honest. Deep dark sin revealing honest. Butt-fuck your neighbor honest.

It’s quite strangely amusing and amazingly frightening, er, revoltingly disgusting. Lots of weird sex, too.

Drugs.

Snakes.

Sin.

It is going to open on Halloween in lots of theaters.

Like I said - It’s a five star scary-as-hell mystery movie.
