I have seen pics and heard talk about guys having pins or needle being put through thier balls. I thought that once the membrane covering it was broken the ball would be lost. Is it really true that this can be done and if so is it so painful that it could not be done alone, and would it cause any permenant damage.

I am new to this whole topic and find it very exciting but I don't know much about it. I like moderate pain but I would like to keep them, for a while at least. Any honest input would be appreciated.

Certainly, "things thrust through a testicle" is not a scene for new folks to experiment with.

Play with someone who's done it enough that they won't say "oops" in inopportune moment.

But no, putting a needle through your nuts won't destroy them. Putting a non-sterile one through, or through the wrong place (a cord or blood vessel) might, however.

So don't experiment. Do it with someone who knows a little about those regions.

I have done a lot of piercing my nuts over time, and haven't had any major issues. I do try and be as sterile as possible. I would suggest you go out and buy some Sterile Needles form someplace like www.bmeshop.com or www.sufferware.com as using sewing pins and needles can cause infections, they are less sharp, and hey tend to be plated which can cause peoples if the plating comes off inside nuts.
