I met a Philippine ladyboy on the internet. We started dating I told her I want her to be a penectomized eunuch, she agreed. Now the question is where do I send her to get the penectomy. I was thinking of tying a tourniquet around the base of her penis then going to the ER the next day when the penis became necrotic and having the doctors cut it off, she thinks that the risk of sepsis is to great. Doe's anyone know of hospitals in the Manila area that do cosmetic penectomies?

Although my hubby got his penis amputated that way, in retrospect, I think we were reckless, even foolhardy, to do it. The risk of sepsis is real--he got a lecture about that from the doctor who did the amputation--and in good conscience, I cannot recommend the approach. Some have reported that Thailand and India have doctors willing to do the operation. That's not exactly the Manilla area, but at least it's Asia.

Okay, that is good to know. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I'm glad I asked. I really care about this girl and don't want to hurt her. I have a TS friend who was nullified in china as a precursor to a full sex change. Not sure if they will just do a penectomy.

Otherwise, there is not enough material to use for construction of vagina and labia, etc.

Not really that unusual. There are many who go for nullo, or simply castration, and then stop. They have found their point of equilibrium.

How can you do a full sex change if you perform a nullo first? kristoff, she is not planning to stop, but going for a full sex change!

Her situation was a little different being from China. Apparently, there law is set up such that you don't receive your full legal identity until you are 18 or 21 or something (she explained it awhile ago I don't remember all the details). At this time they determine your gender, in China you must have male genitals to be male otherwise you legally default to female. Knowing that she was going to get a sex change when she had money to do so but not wanting to spend the rest of her life explaining to potential employers that she is a TS (this is especially bad in a country that has no laws against discrimination in the work place) she opted for cheap and simple nullification. A few years ago she went to Thailand where the doctors used parts of her anus and thighs to create the neo-vagina.... or something like that, I'm not really sure. I do know that it worked, her IC (official Identity Card) does state that she is female and no one has been the wiser.

My plastic surgeon gave me an option (at the time of my stump removal) whereby he can create a "clitoris" for me using some nerve and tissue "down there". He said I could even orgasm. Although it sounded tempting, I declined his offer because I did not want to orgasm. Nice to know he can still do it should I change my mind.

There are times, though, when I wonder if he did not go ahead and did it anyway (he ask me every time when I visited him post op if I can orgasm yet, and I wonder why because he knows I don't want to) because I have this spot, where the clit should be, that is incredibly sensitive to the touch. It brings me close to orgasm but not quite. I guess if I would take my normal dose of T I could orgasm.

So I guess one do not quite need the glans for a clit.
