I am now experiencing this also my penis shrunk in size as well, shrinkage of testicles however it has made me more calm and free'd me from the sex drive.

Red spots, could be an allergy symptom. And for me in the beginning of depo or andro, yes I feel some sensitive penis but not like before it was kind of different, it was as If my penis is giving its last resistance

If you are taking Estrogen you can have a sensitive penis. Yes male genitalia atrophy will happen with any effective anti-androgen drug dosage.
