Is it possible via antandrogens or surgical castration to remove all attractions towards the opposite gender?

I'm afraid this is yet another YMMV thing. Some eunuchs here claim they have nil interest in the opposite (well: preferred) sex, others still can satisfy their partner from time to time. I'm one of those who did not lose attraction completely but the result still made me happy

They say, that the biggest sex organ is the brain, so - I don't think that it is likely to fully lose the attraction.
PS. What is the opposite gender to the eunuch, I wonder?

I think that it would not be possible. We are born with a gender that dont change in lifetime. In the past there were some pyscians that tried to "change" homosexual people to heterosexual and they found out that was not possible. The same case occur in any other direction: straight to gay or straight to eunuch or whatever you cant decide your gender and so you cant decide who you feel attracted for. But I think when castrated the way that you look the opposite gender change dramatically and I think that it would be much better than when having a normal T level. You dont look girls or boys like "sex things" anymore and perhaps your feeling a lot less attracted for whoever than before castration.

Some of it is psychological, and the appropriate surgery to treat that sort of attraction is a prefrontal lobotomy. </sarcasm>
Some have a libido that vanishes entirely, others have one that is unchanged by their alteration - even using no hormone replacement.

The attraction remains; it's the sexuality that significantly lessens, which is a typical after-effect for most males who are castrated.

I do not want to feel any attractions to a girl.. i have this imaginary (well she is real..visited her for over a year ) girl in my head right, thoughts of her voice, her smile and this feeling for happiness, mixed with sadness, jealousy, regret, depression and is sort of hard to describe fully how i feel mentally/emotionally about it but i basically battle these thoughts quite often.. it is not her image that comes to mind but her voice tone as well as descriptions of words in my head, if i have explained correctly i want no care for females, i want to be completely free and not ever think of her and it kinda hurts my emotions feeling helpless with this situation and its been on a loop since November 2013 until present day.. however my se x drive is 0%, my penis is limp weak, smaller in size, generally weaker, powerless feeling, i have no desire and feel low on T.. although i prefer chem castration.. i was wondering if there is a psychological methods to rewire my mind, the thoughts and to ensure i am free of thinking about girls completely and feeling fully zero attraction in any shape or form.. i get quickly jealous and very sensitive about females please be helpful if you understood what i am talking about here (i am not insane).
