The grass is greener ..

Hey all,

I've been a little conflicted about my hiatus from testosterone. I was on DP for two months, and enjoyed the results, but the lack of energy and strength got to me and I decided to cease the shots and think about it. However, the testosterone returning to my body was much less subtle than the gentle lowering the DP provided. I had not realized how calm and content I had been free from sexual thought loops, morning erections, etc. until the testosterone began to return. Now I'm a bit conflicted -- I didn't realize how wonderful the effects of low T were until they stopped. Now I want to go for a much more extended trial, 6 months to a year. Does anyone else have an experience like this?

Does anyone have any tips to combat the low energy? I can certainly deal with a bit of a loss of strength, considering I'm a student, but the lack of energy did get to me. I've heard things about DHEA but don't know a whole lot about it.

Also, has anyone found another source of Depo Provera yet?

All best,

J.

I can vouch for 4rnx pharmacy Uk (type into google search), I ordered from there recently and it arrive rather quick to the U.K no custom charges either which was lucky.

This overseas pharmacy is similar to inhouse and the medications come from New Zealand. I am at the calm stage, no thoughts about anything se xual and i feel a sense

of freedom. However, my lack of friendships with girls does bother my self-worth and emotions, is quite sad how girls in London pretty much dominate the socail/realtionship

angle of life but oh well'.. men must try to improve themselves right and compete? and not give up or some nonsense like that. I still desire at least a form of friendship with a girl one day

Anyway, the energy part is all about diet and what you consume. I gave up on coffee long time ago, switched to green tea, water, healthier foods, including vegetables, anything high in

fat, decent amount of protien and kept my carbs low. I live on a keto lifestyle with full commitment (high fat, moderete protien and zero to very low carbs).. It has helped me with running

and losing lots of bodyfat.

Well, I was on androcur 1/4 (12.5mg) for 4 months and at he beginning lack of energy was very striking. However as time goes by, I was feeling less tired, I think my body learn to cope with a new lower testosterone level. Even so I gain weight, mainly due an increase apetite. I am concerned about the same issues like you, I mean low libido, urges, erections etc... without lose energy and thus gain the less weight as possible.

This time Im gonna start with Depo provera 150mg a month and to deal with the sides effects Im planning follow a more healthy diet and dont leave my excercise routine. With time perhapse I need adjust doses but by now, I will start with small doses.

I know that for sex offenders has been used 300 to 600mg but It seems too much risky for me since Im prone to put on weight, so I think must to be more careful.

I will be posting my goals here hoping this could help any one with the same concerns
