Desires Beyond Orchiectomy.

Some guys have all the luck, at least I would consider myself lucky if it happened to me. I became a eunuch, by choice, several months ago but I would like to actually have a vagina in place of my penis and have wanted that for years. I saw a post a few months back from a male who would like to have a vagina but still present as male but I have been unable to locate the post again. I too would like to have a vagina but still present as a male but without going through the huge expense of therapy and act of attempting to present in public as female in order to get the approval for the operation. I think my true gender (as far as how I feel inside) is probably more in 60/40 male/female range but with definite male physical features. Some may think it strange but I have no doubt that I would be quite content if I were able to have that surgery.

If you actually want this, the medical community will 99.9% be involved. While cutter abound, mostly for the balls, all they are really good at is subtracting, they're not very good and renovating or adding.

I know of one person who was able to do this. I only met them briefly as I was traveling to another city and visited a transgender support group meeting there. One person in the group was presenting as male but was, in fact, post-operative having had GRS. The only thing I know is the surgery was done in Asia and this person was apparently well off enough that they were able to financially circumvent some of the rules. The short conversation I had with this person even though they were financially well off, they still needed to present as male gender for their business for the time being. Don't know if they ever transitioned to full time female or not.

Your desire isnt that uncommon. I'm not full time yet and worry about losing my job if I come out so I'd love to go ahead and get SRS and just not tell anyone yet.
