Smoking and taking androcur and oestrogen

Now before anyone chimes in with a how dangerous this is I am well aware. It's just that my need for starting castration and hormones was extremely high. I was taking any and every drug I could to deal with myself and self harming between my legs, it was when I woke up covered in blood that I realised it had to stop. I started androcur and gave up all forms of drugs, cannabis was the main one.
I have been off drugs for over four years but I do still smoke ten cigarettes per day.
I have not found that smoking halters the effectiveness of androcur but I am beginning to think it does stop oestrogen? I do have results from oestrogen but am wanting better ones.
Has anyone here smoked while on hormones and then given up? What are your experiences?
I will add that giving up is something I will be doing within the next two months.
I realise how lucky I have been thus far and do not want to push my luck, clots, strokes and thickening of the blood do scare me and I really need to move on now and think more longer term.
Stopping living my life in the present because it's too painful to think about the future, I have an appointment at a gender clinic in the uk and it's time to taken responsibility of my own life x.
Thanks for reading x.
