Is it normal for a eunuch to discharge a liquid kind of like orecum ? Would that dry up after the body adjust?

No, this fluid is secreted by the prostate gland and the only way to get rid of it is to have your prostate removed

If we are talking about precum, it is secreted by Cowper's glands not the prostate, but the same principal applies. Removal of the testes doesn't involve removal of Cowper's glands, so castration would not immediately stop Cowper's secretions; however the loss of libido would mean less arousal and therefore less opportunity for Cowper's glands to secrete their fluid.

Gareth19 is correct the Cowper's Gland make the pre-cum which excretes the clear fluid that conditions the urethra so it is less acidic from urine, thus giving the seamen a better chance of surviving through the male equipment.
The prostrate also makes a clearish fluid that the sperm swim in that makes the bulk of the cum.
So a eunuch should be able to make both pre-cum and what they call a dry orgasm that doesn't have any swimmers in it unless the prostrate is removed. I have never heard of the Cowper's Glad being removed but I would stand corrected on that point.
Hope that helps.

Or have it cooked to a crisp by radiation. Orgasms are still satisfying but not a drop of ejaculation.

High-intensity focused ultrasound would do the same thing, without ionizing radiation. Furthermore, the same ultrasonic energy that's ablating tissue also provides real-time imaging and feedback on the progress of the operation, so you know exactly where to aim the sound, exactly how much to use, and exactly when to stop (in order to avoid collateral damage like cooking the vagus nerve or something).

I thought the prostate and Cowper's gland stopped functioning without testosterone?

This is one of those things were "your mileage my very". It depends on the amount of testosterone which you body makes without your testicles, and wither or not your on HRT.

As my Dr put it a couple weeks ago, my T is zero no need to check the prostate. I am going to guess he is spot on.

No T = no output. I haven't had an orgasm or emission of any kind since my surgery nearly 6-years ago. Prostate is still there, but non-functional.
