Is there any way to eliminate sex drive without eliminating testosterone?

I hate my sex drive but I really like the behavioral effects of testosterone. I tried progesterone and I hated the psychological changes.

I think psychiatric drugs can reduce sex drive without eliminating T. Some neuroleptics and antidepressants. But they're not as effective as T blockers. why do you want to reduce your sex drive, btw?

I've been on antidepressants and neuroleptics (though the latter only for a very short time). I'm currently on a mood stabilizer and I'm being placed back on antidepressants. They do work to some degree but I want to be able to completely get rid of my sex drive without having to radically reduce my testosterone levels.
I see myself as psychologically incapable of ever really sustaining a romantic relationship and just want it gone. The progesterone worked to some degree but I disliked its behavioral effects. I guess I like having my typically 'male' emotions.

AFAIK strongly reduced libido did not make me less of a male. I'm a nerdy guy anyway, no alpha male, so it simply made no difference apparently.

Very interesting. Can you elaborate a bit? What is AFAIK?

AFAIK is ''as far as I know''. Well, no-one noticed any changes in me throughout my period of almost 1 year, when I was on GnRH agonists.
