I finally realized what my problem is. On the message board, forums without new messages have "light" blue icons on the left. Forums with new messages have "dark" blue icons on the left. Except that with my monitor and my wretched eyesight, I can hardly tell the difference between the two colors.

Is there any way I could reset my preferences to show a more contrasting set of colors? Blue/red, blue/yellow, something like that?

I aslo note a lot of the smilies went from a yellow color to a dark blue color. Anyway to reset them to the original yellow?

Logged in today, 27 August at 4PM Pacific Time. Yellow buttons for unread forums back, and yellow smilies back. Wonderful.

I am not sure if they have changed again, but the buttons I got on the main index are bright green.

Certainly a great improvement on the blues. Thanks Talula (I assume that you are the one who has done the work).

They WERE changed during the 2 or 3 day shutdown of the message board whilst the server was being overhauled. I also love the new green buttons and the easier to see markers.

Actually Andrew they where changed in the morning before the Message Board was taken down.

I think it was actually Bboy that made the changes to the buttons.

Had someone draw it up for me from the rough sketch I had. I suck at drawing, but am very good at coming up with ideas and envisioning things.
