Fiction Archive Login Problem - Google Chrome

I recently had to switch from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome.
When I go to the login page for the fiction archive at eunuchworld.org, I get only the bottom of the page raised to the top of the page which leaves only the bottom of the login box showing. This means that I am unable to login with Chrome. . Has anyone had the same problem? If so, were you able to fix it?

I have no idea what w3c valid means and it doesn't help me answer what the problem is.

I just pulled it up in Chrome and had the same problem. Page is fine with IE and Firefox. I don't use Chrome, just have it for browser emergencies

I think, specifying chrome version would be a good idea.

I am running into a similar issue and I don't use Chrome. I can login but the screen seems stuck on the Usage Agreement. I read through the whole of the short couple of sentences and then click the box at the bottom and click accept and it seems stuck on it. I am of course using as current a version of IE as possible.
