I figured I might detail my second trial with Depo and Cypro.

The first time I tried this I had mixed results, nothing happened taking just Cyrpo on it's own, didn't really notice any changes at 150mg a day and sort of gave up for about 6months.

My second attempt lasted 3 months, 150mg Cypro a day and Depo shot at the beginning, this provided much better results, it was hard to get errections, took maybe about 2 hours to reach orgasm, occasionally I could get pretty hard, I definitely noticed it was different to when i started, much softer, I notice my sex drive totally died, I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to maintain that but retain the effects of the T blockers, would taking oestrogen help.

My goals were to stop being able to achieve errection, to start to develop some sort of penis atrophy and for dry or clear orgasms if they were still achievable.

This trial, I'm probably going to do the same thing, I'm a little torn between doing the depo shot's every three months, every month or bi-weekly, any ideas?

After I see some solid effects from the first month or two I'll probably look at oestrogen patches to help move things along, I don't really identify as trans but I guess there are feelings there and possible envy.

If I did start taking oestrogen then I would be looking to achieve fat redistribution, breast growth and as much shrinking down there as possible. I've tried stuff like prep-h on the penis to decrease the size but after two weeks of 3 applications a day, nothing, so I can tell you right now, that doesn't work.

Quick update, first injection done , ass hurts a little but I imagine it will be in full effect in 2-3 weeks, I remember reading people saying they felt effects in days but I just don't think that happens , from experience it seems to be 2 weeks onwards.

Regime update:

x4 Siterone 50mg Tablet (Cyproterone Acetate)

x1 Fincar 5mg Tablet (Finasteride)

All taken in the morning around 6am.

Day 2, no effects so far.

I'm pretty confident that a 150mg shot every 3 months is all that should be required depo wise.

I started with about a week of 150mg cyproterone acetate then 100mg for a few weeks and then 50mg. After a few months I felt I was chemically castrated. It is getting rid of unwanted urges that defined it for me. So you get an erection, so what? I have taken estrofem now for years beginning when I started cyproterone acetate and continuing since for mild feminization. After I was surgically castrated I stopped cyproterone acetate of course. I think chemical or surgical castration basically provide the same results, but with surgical you can stop the meds. Cheaper and less effort in the long run, and taking estrofem is an independent option. Also, you can also have your empty scrotum cut off, a very nice effect, like you testicles and sack were never even there.

Still no reaction so added an additional 150MG injection this morning, increased Siterone to 300mg and fin to 10mg.

CA AND MPA are both progestins ans you may be getting some conversion to T. If you really want to feel a total loss of libido, drop the MPA and add Tamoxifen. It's a two way attack since the MPA shuts down your nuts and the CA shuts down the LH signaling from the brain but the progestin conversion may be sabotaging you. You also may be experiencing a "biological flare" which is well known with oncologist treating prostate cancer. They usually administer Ketoconozol before administering the other chem-cast drugs.
