Chemical castration does the same thing. If surgical is hard to find and you feel your sex drive is a danger then why not just take the pills? Are you sure you actually want to be a eunuch or are you simply fixated on this idea of punishing yourself?

There are a number of choices for legal castration here in the USA. No letters of clearance required.
