I want one for my spare room. Not the living room, definitely not the dining room or kitchen but the spare room.

I think it needs to be not mechanical, but either pneumatically or hydraulically driven, like this tentacle:

May be even make a wall of tentacles?
Oh, and if this wall can be driven fast enough, can we play some music on it, just like it can be done with the floppy drives?

I can hear the air pump and the solenoid valves triggering as it works in the video.
Each penis has a tube in it that raises or lowers it with air.
The writeup says that it works to music (The Nutcracker) or the stock market.
I presume the controller of the solenoids is programmable and can be linked to any source you would like.

While I can (I think) understand the desire to have a Wall of Waving Willies, I think a wall of stationary ones (in various poses) might be better decor for the living room wall. Over the fireplace, maybe.....

You forget that I"m an engineer.
I was one of those little kids that at the age of 9 or 10 said "I wanna be an engineer" and DAMN if I didn't go out and make a career of pumps and valves and autoclaves and all sorts of engineering stuff.
A wall of semi-functional fake penises that can be controlled, think of the vast and crazy nerd-ness and nerd-fun and nerd-everything that can be done with that in front of guests.
Of course they'd be appalled.

Seeing this wall of penises causes me to want to build a BIGGER wall of BIGGER (and more realistic looking) penises, I am envious of the artist who thought of the penis wall idea before I thought of it, I have a severe case of "penis wall envy."

No, I meant doing something like that:
