Story chapter numbering

The Anguished E, Chapter Ten <-- This part isn't anywhere near the others!
I think there needs to be a more standardized naming system for different chapters of the same story, so that they will show up in the right order. I propose that only arabic numbers should be used, rather than spelling out the number, or using roman numerals.
Also, single-digit chapter numbers could have an extra space appended before it. This way, it will sort correctly if the story runs into double-digit chapters. e.g.:
Anguished E, The (Chapter 1)
Anguished E, The (Chapter 2)
...
Anguished E, The (Chapter 10)
Anguished E - Chapter Two, The
Anguished E, Chapter 12, The
Anguished E, Chapter Eight, The
Anguished E, Chapter Eleven, The
Anguished E, Chapter Five, The
Anguished E, Chapter Four, The
Anguished E, Chapter Nine, The
Anguished E, Chapter Seven, The
Anguished E, Chapter Six, The
