Bridegroom

Thomas Lee Bridegroom. There is a documentary, introduced at the tribeca film festival by none other than former president Bill Clinton, entitled BRIDEGROOM. Last time I checked it was available on You tube. It gained production from a shorter You tube video IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU with over 4 million hits.
The thing that really bothers me about this display. Is that they both had SHAME indoctrinated in them by the faith community. They looked around in fear after kissing in public.
Ok, I'm gay. On the surface this is the heated debate about marriage equality. Wills, Living trusts, Advance Directives (a new comination of living wills and Power of attourney) can alleviate many problems where Gay marriage is banned. The thousands of dollars, every year difference in Married and Single on your income taxes, Insurance policies, etc. are still a burden to gay couples in the majority of states.
Religious institutions are fighting this rigerously. You will hear from conservatives, that we will destroy religious freedom. I suggest you read the first ammendment, The first religious freedom we have is FREEDOM FROM RELIGION! This gives you the freedom to belive what your church teaches, or not!
Non discrimination acts are being attacked by the Bullies that think everyone should be like them. PLEASE don't let the Bullies indoctrinate you with a shame. Shame is when you believe that what you are doing is wrong based on what you have been very carefull taught, so well that it becomes the elephant that you can't escape. ONLY YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR SHAME.
Some people on the board will see this as political, I see it as self help, overcoming shame that leads to self destructive behaviors.
