an animated gif that shocked me

on tumblr i found a couple of animated gifs showing a young man tied and hooded, around him there is another young man and a kid about 10y. The other man scatter on the hooded guy's genitalia some fuel and ignite him. Do you know if is a fake? I hope so, i feel real pain for the poor guy and the kid
