Story about a Castration Party?

I'm trying to remember the name of a story about a castration party. The wife was insisting, and even threw a party to commemorate the occasion. And one of the female attendees called her a bitch (quietly, to the husband) for demanding his castration.

I don't remember if I liked the story or not, but its bugging me that I can't remember the name. Can anyone help?
