can staying single for a lifetime be doable? and how about the depression?

Yes it's doable I know of people who have never had a partner in there late 50s don't need or want one. you can work on the self esteem and being shy thing

My experience: yes, they should. But in ADDITION to drugs lowering T, not INSTEAD of. Without Triptorelin I'd be as terribly depressed as I used to be since 2008. Now I'm not unhappy anymore.

I did feel the same way you did.

I also felt that I never "fit in" I took an extreme option of moving to a country were I could NEVER "fit in". It is a very freeing experience. Not for everyone of course.

I did get married and have a son.

You are still quite young. There is time for all things.

I stayed single over my lifetime! And I find that I may actually have enjoyed life more the others all along. The down side of course is that everyone talks of their children and exes and so forth whereas I have nothing to talk about. I did however gravitate to befriending the elderly throughout my life. But then again I suppose I have nothing to show for that too. When I was young I did have a lot of prodding to get married and to have kids. Biologically I could never have kids and women didn't seem to be interested in me so I quit the scene and have been happy ever since.
