No more erections, even when on TRT.

Since I got some weight since my castration, around 20 pounds. Last week I got a testosterone injection. I can`t say I like it, but I noticed I don`t have erections anymore. I got some sex drive back, but I can`t seem to get hard anymore. My penis has shrunk a bot, from 6 inches to 4 inches. Any words, thoughts or ideas?

Weught gain and lack of erections and loss of penis length - all pretty normal effects of lack of testosterone. I've found that erections will return, but generally one doesn't regain length much if at all - that is what has been reported here in the past, as well as personal experience from my "bouts" of being testosterone free. Just have to learn to be an even better bottom!

From your profile I see that you are chemically castrated. Typically, one does not take a testosterone supplement at the same time one is using chemical means to reduce testosterone so I don't know that there is much data is available to offer advice. If you become physically castrated, eat a sensible, healthy diet to maintain a recommended weight, exercise daily, take vitamin/minerals and use testosterone, your erections should return. My experience has been that my desire for sex remains low, despite following this regimen.

It all depends of what you've injected, not all testosterone are the same, some have a very short life. Some time you must inject a second time. If the shot is supposed to last 2 weeks give the second injection after 1 week. and go on until you get erections. I hope you have stop anti androgen first. If you were using DP, it's effects will go on, wait before injecting testosterone, until it wears out. As your system was almost empty of testosterone before your first shot, it'd be normal to wait for the testosterone to built up in your system before you notice any difference. Be patient TRT works for all. Although your, you libido or sex drive might not fully return to what it was before, you should be capable to engage into sexual activity w/o problem. It depends how long you've been using chem castration. Many eunuchs have reported that theirs libido is not as strong as before after using TRT, most won't complain.

Yes, taking testosterone won't really do anything if you're also taking chemical castration. Depending on the castration drug, it may compete and bind to androgen receptors making them unavailable to testosterone and other drugs like depo provera greatly increase the speed at which testosterone is eliminated from your blood. TRT only makes sense if physically castrated.
