Pain seven years post castration.

Hello. Not quite sure if this is the correct board. If someone can point me elsewhere where this would be more relevant, I'll happily go there

Around seven years ago I had an orchidetcomy in aid of reducing my drug-load for HRT. I didn't have much support at the time, and was living an hour away by plane. I ended up going to the surgery alone, walked around for an hour immediately post-surgery to get painkillers, and also flew home too quickly after. (I think I had a day of recovery.) I ended up with a hernia (as people who are too dumb to listen to the whole "don't lift heavy things" advice often get), but since I was home at that point, and did not have tne money to fly back.

I never got it looked at again. I haven't had any other surgery, and with my testosterone producing organs removed I'm actually quite comfortable now with whatever gender people want to identify me as.

Ever since, if I am not extremely careful, if I get too worked up and don't, er, eliminate the problem often enough, I get rather severe pain. If I then at that point do go ahead and have an orgasm, it'll feel like someone's kicked me in what I don't have anymore. (As an aside, one of my current partners, whom I met several years after I got fixed, is VERY much in to CBT and castration, and I mostly get through it by imagining he's doing horrible things to me which he never got to :D)

Has anyone else got any experience with this? Can anyone guess what the heck is going on in my bathing suit area? Any tips on how to minimize this? Am I simply screwed with blue no-ball syndrome? :)

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

tl;dr: I get blue-balls, except I left my balls on a tray seven years ago.

Phantom pain would be my guess, I also sometimes feel like someone just kicked me in the balls, which are gone. Yes its painful your legs cross as well as your eyes.

Question: are you taking HRT because that might bring it on more often. I do not so they have become less as the years pass however I still have them and its been over 11 years for me.

Phantom pain - I get that too, transiently. But what I'm talking about is more of a slightly less-strong feeling that lasts for hours, or days, until I come. And then it's mindblowingly painful.

This... isn't always a dealbreaker for me enjoying it. ^_^;;;

Yes, I am still. My mood goes south more often when I'm off of it, and I find it a lot harder to get interested in sex, which is still of interest to me mentally. 🐫 I will be talking to my doctor this year about reducing the dosage this year, though. Still on 1mg of estradiol morning and night which is probably a bit high. (Interestingly,

Very. I have a Master who enjoys such things, now, too. We both sort of wish he'd been around then to go with me. And while I never would have done it ✂️🔪 if it hadn't been a medically wise course of action... well, lets just say that the interest didn't hurt. ^_^

Interesting fact I didn't share- it was under a local and I was awake for the procedure, so I got to watch. Also, I got to freak the doctor out by telling him I could tell that one of the cords was thicker. He stared at me like I was from Mars, and asked me how I knew- I told him it (left or right, I can't remember now, hurt more.

I also got to see them on the tray before I left the room. 😲 If only I had a decent camera phone back then.

I love telling people about the above story. ^_^
