Can someone tell me what happens when a person is injected with Caverject to give an erection for more than 4 hours until the penis is dead. Will the penis have to be removed? I have read that it can cause the person to have blood clots, gangrene, etc. which would necessitate penilectomy. Can someone enlighten me. I've thought about using Caverject to do this, however it would be very expensive, as the Caverject only lasts about an hour at a time and you'd need to keep it hard for probably a full 24 hours. It would be more expensive than getting it done properly in Thailand. I also wonder if it would really work to the point of causing damage -- I have used Caverject and it gives a good erection, but it still fades after a while and isn't entirely an involuntary one.

The implant in the video sure bring back memories. I had an implant in 1996 which led to infections in my scrotum where the pump was. I had the choose to either get castrated or have the implant removed. The corpus cavernose was destroyed when the implant was installed and I knew normal erections were no longer be possible.
