Amazing! This looks real but how is it possible? I've heard of surgery performed in Thailand who'd turn the scrotum, after castration, into vulva but w/o the vagina. Looking at the photos, I would say someone has too much time on their hands. I doubt they're real.

I'm still not sure if it's real or not, but to create all those pictures would not be easy. Is it possible to have a surgery like this? Well, yes it's possible. The penis could be split in half where the vagina is now located allowing for penetration. I'm not sure of the vaginal depth, I suppose the scrotal skin was used to line the vagina. I'd have to talk with the person to get a full understanding of what was done, but I doubt I'd ever have that chance.

P.S. The penis itself looks a little odd, which makes me think that this person could be a FtM transsexual who had a penis made from her forearm. If you look at the second picture, where she's blond and has pulled her underwear down with both hands, that penis does not look like a normal penis. Fake or not, it's interesting. I still believe it's possible. The testicles can be removed, the scrotal skin could be used to line a created vagina, the penis could be split in half mid-way down, and when erect the divided corpus cavernosums would probably look like the picture. Even with the testicles gone, if the prostate was left intact, he/she could come or orgasm. Eunuchs can orgasm and come if using testosterone supplementation and it's still whitish in color.
