Minions are the greatest little giggles

Apparently there is no plot in DESPICABLE ME 2 but everyone who reviews it loves the MINIONS.

Those little yellow tube-like things that speak nonsense...

There's a commercial where they are dancing YMCA (from the Village People) and seemingly singing it in Spanish but it's not Spanish, it's half Spanish and half French and the words are not the song but start with "Mocha" and the part that's the initials "YMCA" are "Your armpits Stink" in Spanish and French as far as I can tell. And the MAriachi band is off key and I giggle like a silly fool.

So if you're going to this movie, the plot is for 5 year olds and the minions carry the show.

PS - the minions do a send up of Carmen Miranda in the movie and do something akin to "adoration" of the Banana.

went and saw this with the gf last week and we both loved it! its a fairly simple plot really...

but its a laugh and i highly recommend seeing it and the minions are fantastic in number 2!
