I do not think you will find what you are looking for here.

Philosophy does not apply to me.I am simple man who want to be cut by nice women.But yes I see here just are bunch of talkative men

I disagree with Tugon on this one. You MAY possibly find what you need on this site, though not what you say you are looking for. Your post, to me, indicates two likely possibilities, one of which is here and one of which is not.

1) Your concern with exactly who would perform your surgery is a strong indication for a paraphilic disorder, if you actually are seeking to make it real. If so, you need counseling, not surgery. If you did manage to be castrated by the woman of your dreams, you would most likely find the result far worse than your dreams have prepared you for. Long term depression or suicide is a likely outcome. Most fantasies about castration are quite different from the reality.

2) If you have strong fantasies about castration, but use your fantasy life for pleasure, you will discover that the Fiction Archive will be a source of intense masturbatory pleasure for a long while. Using fiction and your imagination would be termed a paraphilia, but not a paraphilic disorder. There is nothing wrong with paraphilias – most males have them. You need to explore the over 10,000 stories there and let your mind wander and dream. Just don't try to make real any of the fiction that you read there. Much of it is physiologically impossible.

There are real, valid reasons for seeking castration. All of them, however, lead to interest in safe surgery by a proper surgeon than considering the sex/gender of the surgeon or the "scene" in which it takes place.

Who do you think you are? You've just arrived here and you think you'll find a goddess to fulfill your fantasy with the snap of your fingers. The bunch of talkative men here know more than you'll ever know about penectomy and castration. You should pay attention to what they have to tell you other wise your fantasy will come true.

I did not read more into his post than was there. I doubt if he will find a woman to cut him. His motivation is something else altogether.

My initial conflicts with gender revolved around intense paraphilias(autogynphilia), or so I thought.........Had to give it some time to discover myself and heck still am discovering myself.

The penectomy is perhaps very likely a paraphilia and once I fit into my desired gender I may or may not decide to pursue it.(Most likely not)

Vaginoplasty is definitely not on my list. Period.

Do what you gotta do but be extra safe and cautious.

I'd hate to see someone suffer great despair.
