I want to learn from those who have been long surgically castrated (both testicles are removed), and does not use any hormones or androgens which, testoterona, within a few years. I'm 22 going to make surgical castration, after which I will never use any hormones, androgens, testoterona for 20 years. What are the effects after such a long time. Who is neutered and does not use testoterona? You can put their reports on the following issues:
1. At what age did castration?
2. How many years have passed since the castration without the use testoterona?
3. How does it feel now as a result of no use testoterona?
4. Will erection is possible to sex, if you do not take testoterona generally never more?
5. How long have you been getting used to life without androgen testoterona?
6. Whether strongly affected your health?
7. Do you have an erection without the use of testoterona?
8. Are you happy with your condition?

I'm no expert here agolantar but you are sure gonna get tubby if you cut them testes off.
Bone loss is imminent unless you use hormones. you will have to use either T or E. No other option. I belive those considering "eunuch" gender opt to take a very tiny dose of E or T. Enough to prevent osteoporosis.

You can also take selective estrogen drugs like tamoxifen or raloxifene. These have the bone effect of estrogen without the feminizing effects.

I took a castration drug for a year first, loved it after about 3 months.
Osteoporosis, I take Calcium and D3.
weight gain
Loss of energy
other health issues brought on by castration
yes its worth it at least for me.

no
8. Are you happy with your condition?
I would do it again in a heart beat.
There was also night sweats, hot flashes, and such, remember not everybody is the same and you will experience something different, or to a different degree.

As I am losing weight I am experiencing hot flashes again. I am not castrated, but do have low testosterone because of my childhood illness.
I used to have hot flashes all the time in my childhood and early twenties. I was a lot thinner then too. As I gained weight, and my testosterone levels went down further they also normalized, and my body eventually adapted. Now I am losing weight, building some muscle, but I am back to having peaks and valleys with my T. My testicles never reliably produced testosterone. They will work for a while, then I bottom out again. The more weight I am losing, the more severe the up and down.
I have also noticed that my temper is flaring again at inappropriate times, and for very little provocation. I can only assume that those are the "peak" moments, and the hot flashing is the valley. Fortunately I now am more cognizant of what hormones are doing to my moods, and I can adjust.
If this keeps up much longer I am going to have to make a choice. Either I go on permanent TRT, or I go full eunuch. I seem to work better with less T in my system. I may have to remove the wild cards between my legs, and go with a more controllable source of testosterone. Zero T is not an option, because I have already been told that I have the beginning of vertebrae degeneration in the L4 and L5 locations of my spine.
I wouldn't go without some kind of hormone replacement. It might sound good in a story to have no hormones at all, but it won't work very well in real life. The adult male body needs something to maintain itself. Even if it just a small maintenance amount.

Just what made his surgical castration alone, while the state is normal, then I'll write what changes occur
