Has anyone ever experienced pain in the inner thigh muscles towards the knees as a a result of banding their genitals? either penis, or scrotum or both together.

I read somewhere that the some of the nerves in the groin are shared in the legs. If I draw my fingers back from the inside from the knee this area is very tender on both sides.

This is 24 hours later. I banded with an elastic tourniquet for up to 70 minutes at a time every couple of hours 4 or 5 times.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

The reason?

After a stupid amount of banding on myself this weekend I have got quite bad pains both thighs.

It could be just the strain of muscles from my antics.

Yes. I know I am a stupid f**k wit. Just had a mad moment or two. I lost the plot for a while. Totally stupid thing to do.

Have you ever thought about a blood clot. Thrombisis symptoms are pain in the tights..

Did you take any blood thinner to prevent that?

I did not have tights on!

I know a typo, the answer is I did not take a blood thinner, my blood is naturally thinner than normal.

I have done a thorough examination for all the signs of thrombosis and I don' t think it is this.

I think that it is muscle strain as I pulled the elastic as tight as I possibly could and I think that with this and the pain I tensed my leg muscles a lot.... Hopefully that is all it is and not something like nerve damage or a clot.... I just wondered if there was another nut out there who had done something similar.....

Only you know what kind of pain it might be, but I agree that muscle strain is likely. In response to pain we clench our muscles, and just thinking about genital pain makes me unconsciously clench the inside of my thighs. Also, stretching muscles can cause soreness -- if you lay for a while with your legs splayed open that could also do it.

Good morning all. I woke this morning feeling much better. The ache has diminished a lot. I reckon it is muscle strain. I really did pull as hard as I possibly could. Have been limping around ever since! What a twat I am! Thanks for the responses, I appreciate it and love you guys.

Which brings on the next question: The desperation I and many others feel and it comes on you sometimes with a determination and danger that is unstoppable. I am quite brave and capable of very desperate actions which is really scary for someone who does not drink or take drugs....other than hormones, which I am off at the moment. Almost to the point that one could take a knife and slice the lot off.... I know many others feel the same as I do.

I have never done anything quite like this before and i am not generally into banding, at least never like this.

Looks like it was muscular clenching from the pain that has caused the muscle pains. I think I will be ok in a couple of days.
