It's a fantasy of quite a few men to have their scrotum's removed and made into purses. A taxidermy friend says the human male scrotum is too thin to tan, not that he's tried, but here's an option:

I have a kangaroo scrotum purse and I have to say it looks a lot thicker then my empty scrotum used to look any way its too late now because its gone:)

I once saw a small group of wallets made from human scrotums. They were small, seemed to be delicate so the "hide" was backed with a bit of cloth. I asked where the scrotums came from but I could not get a clear answer. They were part of the estate of a somewhat strange man who had died a few weeks earlier, he had put them up for sale but died before they were sold. I had planned to make a bid for them, however, the estate decided not to sell them. --FLO--

They probably backed off the auction because selling human body parts is against the law in most states.
