I've never seen a passport requiring the information "castrated or not". Can't speak for other countries, the USA doesn't ask that.

It is not listed on my passport but since I hate lines it may be known. I picked the shortest line for security when I was on my way to Paris. I was pleased that I was only fifth in line when the other line was quite long. Feeling proud of myself until I read the full body scan sign. As I was being scanned I wondered who now knew I was a eunuch.

Here in Europe I never heard of it. It would make sense to mention if you have metal implants, but nobody cares if you're missing a kidney, two testicles or whatever.

Anyway I've never had a passport and I will not have anytime soon. In Europe no longer need a passport to travel from one country to another and Asia or America is too far for me. I mean too expensive. And incidentally, USA did not look at all like a wonderland, as it looked a few decades ago. So little reason to make my passport soon.

Since those most frequently castrated are prostate cancer patients, I can't imagine any country requiring them to advertise their status. The hijra of Nepal and India, however, have fought for the right to have their status noted on their passports. Both countries have reluctantly permitted it.
