Hello,
I bought 50CC Xylocaine 2% ( without adrealine ) and have some questions:
I am 55y --80kgs and in very good health condition.
Can I inject 2 ml of this in my penis or in my glans without problems and how long should it be 'numb ' ?
Must I inject in the spinal cord or ?
Thanks for reply,
Mimich from Belgium

You only need 1 thread.
As for injection, please don't mess with trying to inject your spinal cord. That's extremely dangerous, even for someone with very long arms and a head that can rotate 180 degrees.

mimich,
What are you trying to do? What's the purpose of injecting your penis? You can inject it, if you know what you're doing. You should have someone with nursing skills supervise and perhaps even do the injections. Do you want to do some modifications or are you planning on something more severe, like a penectomy? You shouldn't do that on your own, you might bleed to death.

Hello,
Thx for these advice, I just want to do it to numb my glans , is it dangerous if I inject 1 ml of 2% with a small 27G needle.
Suppose, just suppose I should inject near or in the pinal cord at the glans, what happens then?
Thanks for advice, Mimich

Safer to just use Orajel as a topical application only, not injected. It has 20 percent benzocaine. Keep reapplying it as needed. Regular penis manipulation to slowly, over time, stretch and detach the penis from the pubic bone and fracture it (break it) in numerous locations all the way down to the root has been known to cause a penis to go numb. Certainly injecting lidocaine into penis will make it go numb internally for a little while. Anything else injected may be harmful to your penis and wind up causing gangrene and penectomy.

Back in January my dermatologist removed a suspicious looking mole from the shaft of my penis. It was raised and black. She injected lidocaine before doing the removal. (Yes, I had an attractive lady cutting my dick with a scapel.) It was weird having a numb shaft for a few hours but the glans was its usual sensitive self. I don't know the amount of lidocaine she used but the needle was really small and there were no problems or reactions. Fortunately the mole was negative for cancer cells. So, mimich it isn't dangerous to have your penis injected with lidocaine as long as you know what you are doing. I think nullorchis gave excellent advice. Use a topical gel.

No, even with repeated use you will not get any permanent numbness. Xylocaine, lidocaine, benzocaine don't cause permanent nerve block -- in fact they use it in baby teething gel because it is so safe.
But they do work pretty well for temporary numbness. Lidocaine 5% cream will make it so you don't feel anything at all in your cock for up to an hour per application.

Don't even think of injecting in the spinal cord - that is extremely dangerous and could cause permanent damage, including things like paralysis. When I get spinal injections for pain, it takes the doctor about 5 minutes to position the needle using several xray type pictures. Don't fuck with that shit.
