This is a good story but the furry part is a little strange. If a human male can put on a dog's penis, could he put on the penis of a horse or a donkey? If they can, how many would do it? (Many men and boys want large penises and equines have large penises.)

If collage athletes have to live without their penises for more than three years, do some of them get used to being dickless and decide to not put their penises back on when they get them back? Do high-school coaches ever require their athletes to give up their penises? What about professional sport teams? Do male prisoners in reform school, jails or prisons have to give up their penises?

How much do small, medium and large penises cost? Do many collage athletes buy penises to use while the coaches have theirs? What do the coaches do if they find out that their team members have bought penises?

People clearly like your writing. Don't let the volume of questions make you think people don't like your story. It is merely an indication of how truly invested in your writing they are. When people don't like a story, there are generally no questions posed at all. Your world is apparently worth investigating, and people are thinking about it long after they are finished reading.

Maybe the coaches will learn that many of their athletes are buying penises and they require all the team members to wear a device that prevents them from attaching any penises to their bodies. This device would be removed when the athletes get their penises back.

I hope that Timber Pup will write a new sory in this universe about a gay boy who takes his dick off for the first time. Maybe he has a jack-off buddy who shows him how to remove it.
